Meditation ek aesi takneek hai jisme aatmik shanti pane ke liye dhyan lagaya jata hai. Iska niyamit abhyas karne se kai fayde milte hai. Yeh aapke mastiksh ko shant aur sthir rakhne mai madad karti hai. Iske liye aapko keval apni aankhe band karke baithna hai, aur aapko dhire dhire gehra anubhav hoga.
